Educational Qualification :

Graduate Apprentice – Full-time Degree course (BE/B.Tech./AMIE) in Mining Engineering from Institutions duly recognised by UGC/AICTE/State Govt. /Central Govt.

Technician Apprentice – Full-time Diploma in Mining/Mining & Mine Surveying from Institutions duly recognised by UGC/AICTE/ State Govt. /Central Govt

Fee : FREE.

Job Location : Nagpur

STIPEND:

Monthly Stipend to the apprentices from the date of engagement shall be paid as below:

1	Graduate Apprentice	Rs. 9,000/- per month
2	Technician Apprentice	Rs. 8,000/- per month

Engagement of Graduate/Technician Apprentice at Western Coalfields Limited under the Apprentices Act 1961 (amended till date)

Online Applications are invited for engagement of Graduate I Technician Apprentice for a period of one year under the provisions of the Apprentices Act 1961 (amended till date).

Candidates willing to apply for Graduate/Technician Apprentice in WCL will be required to submit online Web-Application Form in the official website of WCL. (www.westerncoal.in) mentioning their enrolment details of National Apprentice Training Scheme (NATS) web portal. No other Mode of Application shall be accepted.

Applicants are NOT ELIGIBLE in any one of the case below:

a. Who have passed qualifying examination before 30/06/2017. (Or)
b. Who have undertaken any previous training as a part of the apprenticeship programme (except as Sandwich student). (Or)
c. Who have undergoing presently Apprenticeship Training at any establishment. (Or)
d. Who have in the employment elsewhere (Or)
e. Who is undergoing any Regular Course of study as regular candidate from any Educational Institute. (Or)
f. Who have been provided with One Year's Practical Training after completing qualifying examination i.e. (Degree/Diploma) in any mine.
