1) Degree in Law of a recognized University OR Master Degree in Law of a recognized University.

2) Degree in Law of a recognized University. (B) EXPERIENCE: Three years’ experience in handling court cases and other legal matters or matters relating to Trade Marks or Geographical Indications.

3) Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Company Secretary or Chartered Financial Analyst or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Master’s of Business Administration (Finance) or Master’s of Business Economics or Master’s of Commerce.

4) Chartered Accountant or Cost and Management Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst or Masters of Business Administration (Finance) or post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) or Company Secretary.

5) Degree in Naval Architecture from a recognized University or equivalent*. * The interpretation of ‘EQUIVALENT’ here means any Technical Institution recognised by AICTE/UGC and not to be construed as Educational Qualification.

7) (i) Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Metallurgical/ Aeronautical/ Chemical Engineering or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from recognized University OR Master’s Degree in Applied Physics / Electronics/ Chemistry or equivalent from a recognized University.

8) (i) Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent. (ii) Five years practical experience in design/ installation/construction of ships. * The interpretation of ‘EQUIVALENT’ here means any Technical Institution recognised by AICTE/UGC and not to be construed as Educational Qualification.

9) Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Chemical or Marine Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent. Note: Equivalent means a pass in Section ‘A’ and Section ‘B’ of AMIE of the Institution of Engineers (India) in relevant branch of Engineering i.e., Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Marine Engineering.
