शिक्षक कार्यमुक्तीबाबत ग्रामविकास विभागात सकाळी 11.00 वाजता पासून हालचाली सुरु झाल्या आहेत या नंतर CEO यांना कार्यमुक्ती बाबत सूचना कधीही येण्याची शक्यता आहे सर्व अडचणी दूर झाल्या आहेत म्हणून शिक्षकांना कधीही Goodnews मिळू शकते

कार्यमुक्ती का लांबली
बहुतांश जिल्हा परिषदांमध्ये संच मान्यता कोणती राबवायची यावरून संभ्रम निर्माण झाल्याने काही ठिकाणी आवश्यक पदे समानीकरणात गेली व काही ठिकाणी अनावश्यक पदे समानीकरणातून वगळली गेली. त्यामुळे तेथे बदलीने येणारे शिक्षक अतिरिक्त होण्याचा धोका निर्माण झाला आहे. अशावेळी संबंधित शिक्षकांचे पगार करण्यास अडचण निर्माण होऊ शकते हे लक्षात घेऊन बहुतेक जिल्हा परिषदेच्या मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकाऱ्यांनी ग्रामविकास विभागाला मार्गदर्शन मागवले आहे. उद्या संध्याकाळपर्यंत हे मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त होईल आणि त्यानंतर लगेचच अवघड क्षेत्र नसणाऱ्या जिल्हा परिषदांमध्ये कार्यमुक्तीचे आदेश निर्गमित केले जातील. जिथे अवघड क्षेत्र आहे तेथे सातव्या राऊंडची प्रक्रिया तातडीने सुरू होईल.

बदली आदेशातील मजकूर

या आदेशान्वये जिल्हा परिषद, ............. अधिनस्त सध्या कार्यरत असलेल्या खालील विवरणपत्रात नमूद केलेल्या (पद) यांची महाराष्ट्र शासन, ग्रामविकास विभागाकडील शासन निर्णय क्रमांकः जिपब 2023 / प्र.क्र. 118/ आस्था. 14, दिनांकः 18 जू 2024. नुसार बदली करण्यात येत असून, संगणकीय प्रणालीद्वारे त्यांनी नमूद केलेल्या शाळांच्या पसंतीक्रमानुसार त्यांच्या नावासमोर दर्शविण्यात आलेल्या शाळेत त्यांना पदस्थापना देण्यात येत आहे

नाव - पद-सध्याची शाळा -बदलीची शाळा

हा बदली आदेश सिस्टीम कडून पाठविण्यात आलेला आहे. मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी यांच्या कार्यालयातून तुमचे कार्युक्तीचे आदेश निर्गमित होतील.

जिल्हा अंतर्गत बदलीTransfer order ह्या tab मध्ये ट्रान्सफर ऑर्डर डाउनलोड करता येत आहे.

खाली दिलेल्या लिंक वर क्लीक करा. मोबाईल नंबर टाकून otp सेंड करा व otp सबमिट करून लॉगिन करा आणि TRANSFER ORDER या टॅब वर क्लीक करून बदली आदेश डाउनलोड करून घ्या.

Transfer orders of Cadre 1, Cadre 2, Entitled, Eligible, and Displacement Round Transferred Teachers have been made available on the CEO login. शिक्षक बदली update

शिक्षक बदली प्रक्रिया 3 Phase मध्ये होणार

1) Phase 1 : शिक्षक माहिती updation

2) Phase 2 : आंतरजिल्हा बदली

3) Phase 3 : जिल्हांतर्गत बदली

आता लवकरच Phase 1 सुरू होत आहे. Phase 1 पूर्ण झाल्यानंतरच Phase 2 व 3 सुरू होईल.

Phase 1.मध्ये खालील प्रकारे प्रक्रिया असेल

* शिक्षकांना त्यांचा मोबाईल नं व OTP ने लाँगीन करावं लागेल

*तिथे आपणास शिक्षक माहिती चे दोन भाग दिसतील

I) Personal Information

ii) Employee Information

*Personal Information read only Mode मध्ये असेल तिथे आपणास बदल करता येणार नाही.

* Employee information मध्ये माहिती बरोबर असल्यास माहिती accept करावी. व त्रुटी दिसल्यास दुरुस्ती करावी व submit करावी.

* Submit केलेली माहिती BEO level ला जाईल. BEO सेवापूस्तकां नुसार माहिती तपासून approved करतील. तसेच आलेली माहिती चूक आढळल्यास दुरुस्ती करतील.

* सदर माहिती शिक्षक लाँगीन ला दिसेल. ती माहिती बरोबर असल्यास शिक्षकांनी accept करावी.

* BEO यांनी दुरुस्ती केलेली माहिती योग्य असल्यास Accept करावे. माहिती मान्य नसल्यास शिक्षक आपली माहिती मध्ये बदल करुन EO कडे अपील करु शकतील.

* EO कडे आलेली माहिती, EO योग्य पुराव्यानिशी माहिती approved किंवा बदल करतील.

* EO नी मंजूर केलेली माहिती आता final असेल.

* तसेच सर्व शिक्षकांची माहिती सुद्धा प्रत्येक शिक्षकांना आपल्या login मध्ये बघता येईल. एखाद्या शिक्षकांस दुसऱ्या एखाद्या शिक्षकांच्या माहिती मध्ये दोष दिसल्यास त्यांच्या विरोधात CEO कडे Social अपील करता येईल. CEO योग्य पुराव्यानिशी सदर शिक्षकांच्या माहिती मध्ये योग्य बदल करतील.

अशा प्रकारे Phase 1 प्रत्येक शिक्षकांना दिलेल्या वेळेच्या आत पूर्ण करणे आहे.

@ अंतिम दिनांक पर्यंत शिक्षकांनी आपली माहिती Accept न केल्यास BEO आपल्या अधिकाराचा वापर करून सर्व शिक्षकांची माहिती approved करतील. त्यांनंतर शिक्षकांना आपली माहिती update करण्याची संधी असणार नाही.

@ प्रत्येक क्षणी व प्रत्येक स्तरावर माहिती update करतांना OTP आवश्यक असणार आहे.

@ बदली प्रक्रियेत कुठल्या स्तरावर काय कसे बदल केले याची संपूर्ण माहिती शिक्षकांना email वर तसेच login मध्ये कळेल

Key Features & Workflow

1. Profile Verification & Approval

Teachers must review/update personal and employment details (e.g., UDISE No., posting info) before the deadline.
Their profiles are forwarded by school to BEO, who verifies and approves. Teachers must then Accept or, if data is incorrect, Appeal to EO

Transfer Categories (“Categories 1 & 2”)

Category 1: Includes special-category transfers—for example, self/ spouse ill-health, seniority.
- Teachers must indicate Yes/No if opting for transfer. A “Yes” means no transfer; “No” means they wish to apply
- Then choose sub‑type (self or spouse illness) and enter OTP to submit.
Category 2: For spouse jointly employed > 30 km apart.
- Requires distance proof; submission also via OTP

Vacancy Lists & Preference Submission

Once vacancy lists are uploaded by district officials, eligible teachers must submit their ordered preferences (12–15 July 2025 in the latest cycle).
After preference submission, the system runs the transfer algorithm (16–18 July 2025 for Category 1 in this round) .

Appeal Process

After provisional lists are published, teachers can appeal to:
1. EO (Education Officer) at the district/taluk level
2. If unsatisfied, CEO (Chief Executive Officer) at the district council level
- Appeals must follow precise instructions via the portal

Review Profile → update & forward for BEO verification.
Accept Profile or Appeal.
On vacancy list availability:
- For Category 1: Choose “No” (if you seek transfer) + sub‑type + OTP.
- For Category 2: Provide 30 km proof; select options + OTP.
Submit School Preferences when allowed.
Await Transfer Run, then check orders under "Transfer Order" tab.

The Maharashtra Teachers Online Transfer Portal, officially known as OTT Mahardd, is an online system developed by the Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department, Government of Maharashtra. This portal is designed to make the entire transfer process for Zilla Parishad (ZP) teachers smooth, transparent, and time-bound. Earlier, the transfer process for primary and secondary school teachers in Maharashtra involved a lot of paperwork, physical visits to offices, and delays. With the launch of this online system, teachers can now complete their entire transfer application process digitally from their home or school.

Teachers working under the Zilla Parishads across Maharashtra can log in to the portal at https://ott.mahardd.in or https://ott.mahardd.com using their registered mobile number and OTP. After login, they can check and update their personal and employment details such as name, current school, UDISE code, subject, service seniority, and other details required for transfer eligibility. This profile must be verified and approved by the Headmaster and Education Officer (BEO). If there are any mistakes, the teacher can appeal for corrections before final submission.

Transfers are carried out under different categories. Category 1 transfers usually include priority transfers like health grounds, disabilities, or special cases. Category 2 covers transfers for teachers whose spouse is posted more than 30 km away. Teachers can choose the appropriate category while submitting the application. The portal makes it clear that once a teacher opts out of transfer in a particular cycle, they cannot apply again until the next round.

After profile verification, the portal publishes the latest vacancy list for all districts. Teachers can view available vacancies in different schools and submit their preferences according to seniority and desired location. Teacher Transfer Portal Access Issues – August 2025

From August 7, 2025, around 11:00 AM, the official website https://ott.mahardd.com/teacherintraapplicationform was not functioning properly. Many users reported that the portal was either unresponsive or crashed during the form submission process for intra-district teacher transfers.

On August 8, 2025, around 7:00 AM, a new issue was reported. The OTP (One-Time Password) required for login or verification was not being received by users on their registered mobile numbers. This prevented them from logging in and completing their applications.

These problems seem to be related to either server overload or an issue with the OTP gateway. Users are advised to try again after some time, clear their browser cache, switch networks, or use incognito mode. If the problem continues, it's recommended to contact the official support or relevant department for help.
