2) मॅनेजर: पदवी, कमीत कमी 10 वर्षांच्या कमिशन्ड सेवेसह भारतीय लष्करातील मेजर पदापेक्षा कमी किंवा भारतीय नौदल/वायुसेनामधील समतुल्य दर्जाचे अधिकारी. किंवा भारतीय पोलीस / निमलष्करी दलातील उप-अधीक्षक / उप कमांडंटच्या दर्जापेक्षा कमी नसलेले अधिकारी अशा दलातील अधिकारी म्हणून किमान 10 वर्षांची सेवा.
