These trainees will undergo a six-month training program before absorption into the A6 pay grade. The Boiler Operator Grade III role is intended for candidates with a Second-Class Boiler Attendant Certificate issued by the Director of Steam Boilers of the respective state government. This post requires a minimum of two years of post-qualification experience. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-pressure industrial boilers, ensuring consistent steam supply and safety compliance within the plant. This is a critical role where technical precision and safety awareness are of utmost importance, and candidates must meet physical fitness standards to be considered.

Another vital support role is that of Junior Fireman Grade II. Candidates applying for this position must possess a valid SSC qualification along with a 6-month full-time fireman certificate from a recognized government institution and a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License. Junior Firemen will be responsible for maintaining fire safety equipment, responding to emergencies, conducting fire drills, and ensuring that the facility adheres to stringent fire safety regulations. The selection process for this post includes a physical endurance test, firefighting drills, and a driving test. Physical standards, including height, weight, and chest measurements, are applicable, along with mandatory vision and hearing requirements.

For the healthcare segment, the post of Nurse Grade II is open to candidates with a B.Sc. in Nursing or a 3-year General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course.
