Instructions for Candidates

Regarding completion of e-Verification for Teacher Recruitment as per Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test (TAIT)–2025

1. The Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test (TAIT)–2025 was conducted online during the period 27/05/2025 to 30/05/2025 and 02/06/2025 to 05/06/2025. A total of 2,28,808 candidates had registered for the said examination.

2. Candidates who have appeared for the said examination have been provided the facility to complete e-Verification (e-Certificate) through this portal.

3. Detailed guidelines required for completing the e-Verification are made available separately on the portal.

4. The TAIT–2025 examination is permitted only once. While issuing the examination admit cards, candidates were informed that even if more than one admit card was generated, they were allowed to appear for the examination using only one admit card.
   Candidates who appeared for the examination more than once will not be allowed to participate at any stage of the selection process.
   Therefore, such candidates should not participate in the selection process. If participation is detected at any stage, the candidature will be cancelled, and candidates should take note of this.

5. Candidates are given time to complete e-Verification from 15/12/2025 to 29/12/2025.

6. Candidates who have discrepancies in TET/CTET data have been provided the facility under the menu “Request for Change in Data” in their login.
   Candidates must enter the correct TET/CTET information and send a request to the district selected by them for approval.

   Candidates having discrepancies in their TET/CTET information must personally approach the Education Officer (Primary/Secondary) of the selected district with the following documents to prove their identity:

   • Application request

   • Copy of TET/CTET marksheet and certificate

   • TAIT application form / admit card / marksheet

   • Identity proof and other relevant documents

7. Wherever CGPA / OGPA or Letter Grade is awarded for a degree, candidates must mention percentage marks as per the norms of the concerned University / Institution.
   Certificates of Class 10, Class 12, Graduation, Post-Graduation, and Professional Qualifications often mention CGPA / OGPA / Letter Grades.
   Since conversion rules vary across Boards / Universities / Institutions, it is not possible to provide separate instructions on the portal.
   Candidates must convert grades into percentage marks as per the rules of the respective Board / University / Institution and enter the correct information.

8. Some candidates are unable to enter Class 10 / Class 12 qualification details on the portal due to non-availability of such qualification.
   If candidates possess equivalent qualifications, they must enter details accordingly.
   Examples:

   • For Class 10: University Preparatory Course

   • For Class 12: Polytechnic Diploma
     Candidates must upload equivalence proof documents. No separate facility will be provided for this purpose.

9. Under educational qualifications, candidates must mention only the main / principal subject of the graduation examination.
   Subsidiary subjects cannot be included in e-Verification.
   If subsidiary subjects are entered, the concerned candidate will be declared ineligible at any stage, and candidates should take note of this.

10. The Ex-Servicemen category includes only retired servicemen. The spouse of an ex-serviceman is not included in this category.
    However, widow of a martyr soldier, son, or unmarried daughter will be eligible for reservation under the Ex-Servicemen category for employment.

11. Candidates who have passed B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed. Integrated Courses must enter this qualification under Educational Qualification in e-Verification.
    This qualification will be considered as a Professional Qualification; therefore, it is not required to be entered separately under Professional Qualifications.
