Job Description 

IDBI Bank Ltd. has released an official recruitment notification for the post of Assistant Manager – Grade ‘A’ for the year 2026-27. The bank has announced 200 vacancies for eligible candidates who have completed graduation and possess relevant banking experience. The Assistant Manager position is a responsible officer-level role in the bank. The selection process for the recruitment will consist of multiple stages. Candidates will first appear for an Online Test, which will evaluate their knowledge in Logical Reasoning, Data Analysis and Interpretation, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General/Economy/Banking Awareness along with Computer and IT knowledge. Candidates who qualify in the online examination will be shortlisted for Document Verification and Personal Interview. After successfully completing these stages, candidates will undergo a Pre-Recruitment Medical Test before final appointment. 

Selected candidates will receive an attractive salary package. The starting basic pay is ₹48,480 per month in the pay scale of ₹48480-2000(7)-62480-2340(2)-67160-2680(7)-85920. In addition to the basic salary, employees will receive various allowances, benefits, and perquisites as per the bank’s policies. 

The initial appointment of the Assistant Manager will be on probation for one year. After successful completion of the probation period and meeting the bank’s requirements, the candidate will be confirmed in the position.
