National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO), a Navratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Government of India, has announced recruitment for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) through GATE 2025 as per Advertisement No. 10250803 dated 30 December 2025. The recruitment aims to engage talented and motivated young engineers to support the company’s expanding operations across India and abroad.

NALCO is one of Asia’s largest integrated Alumina–Aluminium producers with multi-location plants and offices and its corporate headquarters at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The organization is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for 110 vacancies in the disciplines of Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria

Salary & Benefits

During training, selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of:

After successful completion of one year of training, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade) in the scale:

₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000 per month
