1) Civil Engineering - Minimum ME/M. Tech in relevant branch. 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech or ME/M. Tech
2) Computer Science & Engineering - Minimum ME/M. Tech in relevant branch. 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech or ME/M. Tech
3) Communication Skill - M.A. (English) or equivalent with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed). Besides fulfilling the qualification, the candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
