Export-Import Bank of India (EXIM Bank) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Management Trainees (Banking Operations) for the year 2025–26. EXIM Bank is a premier financial institution wholly owned by the Government of India and plays a vital role in financing, facilitating, and promoting India’s international trade and investment.

Under this recruitment drive, 40 Management Trainee posts are to be filled on a direct recruitment basis. The selected candidates will undergo one year of training as Management Trainees, during which they will receive a monthly stipend of ₹65,000. After successful completion of the training period, candidates will be absorbed in Junior Management Grade–I (JM-I) as Deputy Manager and will be entitled to regular pay scale, allowances, and other benefits as per EXIM Bank rules.

Candidates applying for this post must possess a minimum 60% aggregate marks in Graduation along with a Post Graduation degree (MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/MMS) in Finance, International Business, or Foreign Trade, or must be a Chartered Accountant (CA). The age of the candidate should be between 21 and 28 years as on 31 December 2025, with applicable age relaxation for reserved categories as per Government of India norms.

The selection process consists of a written examination followed by a personal interview. The written test will be descriptive in nature and will assess professional and financial knowledge. Final selection will be based on combined performance in the written examination (70% weightage) and interview (30% weightage).

The job location is anywhere in India, and selected candidates may also be posted or transferred as per the operational requirements of the Bank.
