 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 7th standard pass.
• Language: Must be able to speak, read, and write Marathi.
• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of India and a domicile of Maharashtra.
• Family Status: Must comply with the Small Family Norms (not more than two children born after March 28, 2005).

 Selection Process (Total 50 Marks)

1. Written Test (30 Marks): Objective type multiple-choice questions. A minimum of 15 marks is required to pass.
2. Physical Capacity & Special Skills (10 Marks): Only for those who pass the written test.
3. Interview (10 Marks): Final stage for qualified candidates.

 Required Documents (For Interview)

Candidates must bring original and certified photocopies of the following:

• Proof of Birth: School Leaving Certificate, Birth Certificate, or SSC Board Certificate.
• Educational Records: Marksheets and certificates for 7th, 8th, 9th, SSC, HSC, or Diploma.
• Character Certificates: Two certificates from reputable persons (not relatives) issued after the date of the advertisement (in Form 'A').
• Caste Certificate: For reserved category candidates.
• Domicile Certificate: Issued by a competent authority in Maharashtra.
• Special Skills: Certificates related to skills like plumbing, electric work, driving, cooking, or computer knowledge.

 Special Instructions

• No Transfer: Appointed candidates cannot apply for a transfer until they complete 5 years of service.
• Single Application: Candidates must apply for only one establishment (either Mumbai, Nagpur, or Aurangabad).
• Submission: Do not send the application printout or documents by post. Keep the printout for your records and bring it when requested during the selection process.
• Salary: Pay Matrix S-3: ₹16,600 – ₹52,400 plus allowances as per rules
