बॅच बिल्ला म्हणजे काय?

बॅच बिल्ला (Badge) हे वाहनचालकांना अधिकृतपणे प्रवासी वाहन चालवण्यासाठी लागणारे RTO मार्फत दिले जाणारे परवाना प्रमाणपत्र आहे. MSRTC चालक पदासाठी हे अनिवार्य आहे.

A Batch Billa is a document used during MSRTC job recruitment/training that includes a list of candidates along with their payment or training attendance details. It’s usually submitted during training or salary claim processing.

Where to Apply?

You must apply at your Regional Transport Office (RTO) – the nearest RTO under Maharashtra ST Mahamandal.

Eligibility & Required Documents

• Age: Minimum 18–20 years

• Education: 10th pass

• Driving Licence:

  • For taxis: Light motor vehicle license

  • Experience: At least 2 years (light motor) or 1 year (medium/heavy motor)

Step-by-Step Application Process

1. Fill Form LPSA at RTOVisit your local Regional Transport Office (RTO).
Fill out Form LPSA, which is mandatory.
Ensure you're at least 20 years old for a driver badge (called “gol” badge); taxi (“triangular” badge) drivers need valid LMV/HMV licenses.
Have minimum 2 years light vehicle or 1 year medium/heavy vehicle driving experience.
Pay the ₹450 application fee, plus any SEC form fee.

2. Appear for Test by Motor Vehicle Inspector (MVI)Submit the filled form and documents to the MVI.
You’ll be tested on your character and driving knowledge/skills.
If the test is cleared, your character verification is sent to the local police (SP/Commissioner).
3. Final Issuance of Batch BillaOnce police clearance is done, you’ll receive the badge from the RTO within a couple of days.
