For Manager – Agriculture Sales, the educational qualifications are the same as for the Officer role. However, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Agri Sales, preferably in the BFSI sector. The age limit is 26 to 42 years.

Application Fees

Applicants from General, EWS, and OBC categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹850 plus applicable taxes and gateway charges. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWD, ESM/DESM, and Women categories need to pay ₹175 only. The fee is to be paid online using credit/debit card, internet banking, or UPI.

Selection Process

The selection process may include an online test, psychometric test, group discussion (GD), and/or personal interview (PI). The bank reserves the right to modify the selection stages depending on the number of applications. In case of an online test, it will comprise sections like Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Professional Knowledge. The test will be bilingual, except for the English section.

Qualifying marks in the test are 40% for General and EWS, and 35% for reserved categories. There is no negative marking. Final selection will be based on performance in the online test, GD, PI, and overall merit.

Posting and Salary

Selected candidates will be posted anywhere in India as per the Bank’s requirement. The job roles involve direct customer interaction, sales targets, and business development responsibilities. The pay scale for JMG/S-I (Officer) starts from ₹48,480 and for MMG/S-II (Manager), it starts from ₹64,820, as per the revised pay structure.

Probation and Service Bond

Newly selected candidates will be on a probation period of 12 months. They will also be required to sign a service bond to serve the bank for a minimum of 3 years. If the bond is breached, a penalty of ₹5 lakhs will be applicable.
