Construction Worker Registration – MAHABOCW (Maharashtra Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board)

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must be working in the construction sector in Maharashtra.
The applicant must have worked for at least 90 days (in the past 12 months) on recognized construction projects.
Must be a resident of Maharashtra.
Documents Required
Aadhaar Card
Proof of Address (e.g., Electricity bill, Ration card, Voter ID)
Proof of Work (Certificate from contractor/employer, wage slips, ESIC card, PF proof, etc.)
Three Passport-size Photos
Bank Passbook (copy)
Date of Birth proof (School certificate, Aadhaar, PAN card, etc.)
Employment details of last 12 months
Registration Process
Offline Process:
1. Visit the nearest District Labour Office or MAHABOCW regional office.
2. Collect and fill out the Construction Worker Registration Form.
3. Attach required documents and submit the form.
4. Once verified, you will receive a Construction Worker Identity Card and become eligible for benefits.
बांधकाम कामगार नोंदणी
पात्रता (Eligibility)
अर्जदार महाराष्ट्र राज्यात बांधकाम क्षेत्रात कार्यरत असावा.
किमान ९० दिवसांचे कामाचे पुरावे (शासनमान्य बांधकाम प्रकल्पांवर) आवश्यक.
अर्जदाराचे वय १८ ते ६० वर्षांदरम्यान असावे.
अर्जदाराने महाराष्ट्रमध्ये सर्वोच्च १२ महिने बांधकाम कामगार म्हणून काम केलेले असावे.
आवश्यक कागदपत्रे (Required Documents)
1. आधार कार्ड
2. पत्ता पुरावा (उदा. वीज बिल, राशन कार्ड)
3. कामाचा पुरावा (कंत्राटदाराचे प्रमाणपत्र, पगार पावती, ESIC कार्ड इ.)
4. ३ पासपोर्ट साईज फोटो
5. बँक पासबुक झेरॉक्स
6. जन्मतारीख प्रमाणपत्र (जसे की शाळेचे दाखले, आधार, PAN)
7. मागील कामाचा तपशील
नोंदणी प्रक्रिया (Registration Process)
ऑफलाइन पद्धत:
1. जवळच्या MAHABOCW विभागीय/जिल्हा कामगार कार्यालयात भेट द्या.
2. फॉर्म भरा व आवश्यक कागदपत्रे जोडा.
3. अधिकाऱ्याच्या पडताळणीनंतर नोंदणी पूर्ण होते.
4. यानंतर नोंदणी प्रमाणपत्र (Identity Card) दिले जाते.
ऑनलाइन पद्धत (जर उपलब्ध असेल तर):
1. खलील Apply Link वर क्लिक करा.
2. “Worker Registration” वर क्लिक करा.
3. आपली माहिती भरा व कागदपत्रे अपलोड करा.
4. अर्ज जमा करा व नोंदणी क्रमांक नोट करून ठेवा.
